The moving of carts and soldiers, harvesting, and fighting are done in the action phase. But the random phase allows reversals and therefore the constant renewal of its strategy.
Unpublished cocktail, it's an unstable strategy game! The victory will go to the player who will adapt the best to the reversals of the situation due to the events and attacks.
